About the Event
This special occasion, in partnership with Rolls Royce & Bentley of O’Gara Coach Westlake, The LA Rams & SoFi Stadium, is a business networking event, 18 hole (4) person scramble golf tournament, charity fundraiser, luxury car show, worldwide art show and multi-brand cigar showcase.
A portion of the proceeds from this event will be donated to not one, but two local charities who support and educate financially underserved youth in becoming academic and professional leaders within their communities, The National Archives Foundation and The Mentor Matchmaker Foundation.
We will be utilizing all (3) of the country clubs golf courses, and all (3) tournament winning teams will be handsomely rewarded with several perks and gifts from our generous event partners.
The winning team with the best, overall score will be awarded the grand prize of a complimentary trip to almost anywhere in the world by our luxury, travel & hospitality partner Inspirato.
To start out the day, from 8am - 10am there will be a full breakfast catered in and served by CiCi’s Cafe of Westlake Village to all attendees with Carbonadi Vodka Bloody Mary’s and craft coffee by Bonibi of Westlake Village.
Tee time will begin promptly at 10:30am on all (3) golf courses simultaneously, so if you are golfing in the tournament, please be prepared to tee off with your group on time.
At noon, a huge lunch with plenty of food and beverage options will be catered in along with optional, premium liquor pairing stations available to all attendees on the 1st level patio.
There will also be a PuroTrader popup cigar lounge on the 1st level patio, complimentary golf swing lessons from an Advanced PGA & Master LPGA pro golfer on the driving range (for those not golfing in the tournament), and a Malibu Autobahn luxury car show in the front parking lot.
When tournament golfing and daytime networking begin to close around 4pm - 4:30pm, a cocktail reception with premium liquor tasting experiences, tournament awards, highly influential guest speakers and a global art show will begin around 5pm.
Hors d’oeuvre’s and a variety of beverages will be served to all in attendance and gift bags will be available upon exit of the reception.
Although this event runs from 8am - 8pm, please understand you are not required to be present the entire time, as you may leave or come and go as you please throughout the course of the day.
If you are golfing in the tournament, please make time to enjoy your breakfast and be ready to tee off at 10:30am sharp.
Those who will be enjoying the features, festivities, spectating and networking outside of the tournament may arrive and depart from the event anytime you would like, as you will have all day access to all event amenities except for golfing in the tournament.
Evening attendees who will be joining us for the cocktail reception, awards, special guest speakers and art show, can begin arriving as early as 4pm and stay until whenever they would like.
